These Terms and Conditions govern your use of khdesignbykenyun.com and purchases from Kingdom House Designs. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.
Products & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on screens, lighting, materials, and handmade or 3D-printing processes. Minor layer lines are a natural characteristic of 3D-printed products and are not automatically considered defects. Products and availability may change without notice.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may contact you to clarify an order and may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or an inability to complete the requested customization.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders require full payment before design or production begins. You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, colors, images, and other personalization details before approval or submission. Changes are not guaranteed after work begins. Personalized products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a KHD error, as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use any names, photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other materials submitted for customization. KHD may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the KHD name, branding, website content, product photographs, written content, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Kingdom House Designs. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, KHD is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, misuse of products, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without excluding consumer protections that apply by law.
